1. About us
This website is run by Mangalsparsh, Vivekanand Mahavidyalaya Bhadrawati Road, Pandav Ward, Bhadrawati, Maharashtra 442902, India. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Our products
Mangalsparsh sells imitation (artificial) jewellery. Our pieces are not made of real gold, silver or precious stones unless clearly stated on the product page. Photos are taken to show the piece as accurately as possible, but colour and finish may vary slightly because of lighting and screen settings. Each piece is handcrafted, so small differences between pieces are normal and are not defects.

3. Prices and offers
All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices and offers can change without notice. Discount codes are valid only for the period and minimum order value shown, cannot be combined unless stated, and only one code can be used per order. We may cancel orders placed at an obviously wrong price because of a technical error, and we will refund any amount paid.

4. Orders and payment
All orders must be paid online by UPI, debit or credit card, or net banking. Cash on delivery is not available. An order is confirmed only after payment is received. We may refuse or cancel an order if a product is out of stock, if we suspect fraud, or if delivery is not possible to the address given. In such cases we will refund the full amount paid.

5. Shipping
We deliver across India. Shipping charges and delivery times are explained in our Shipping policy.

6. Returns and exchanges
We do not accept returns. Exchanges are offered only for damaged or incorrect items with an unboxing video, as explained in our Refund policy.

7. Product care
Imitation jewellery should be kept away from water, perfume, sweat and chemicals. Damage caused by wear, misuse or improper storage after delivery is not covered.

8. Bridal rental
Bridal rental is arranged separately on WhatsApp. The rent, refundable deposit, rental period and condition for return are confirmed with you in writing before booking.

9. Use of this website
All content on this website, including photos, text, logos and designs, belongs to Mangalsparsh. It may not be copied or used without our written permission.

10. Liability
Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or events outside our control, such as natural disasters, strikes or government restrictions.

11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the courts of [Chandrapur], Maharashtra.
