Refund policy

We do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order is delivered. Exchanges are offered only if a piece arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, and only with an unboxing video. To request one, record a clear, unedited video while opening the sealed parcel (showing the label and the jewellery) and send it on WhatsApp to +91 87888 27870 within 24 hours of delivery, with your order number. We review every request fairly. If the claim is genuine, we exchange the piece for the same design, or one of equal value if it’s out of stock. We can’t offer an exchange without an unboxing video, after 24 hours, or for pieces worn or damaged after delivery. To cancel before dispatch, message us on WhatsApp. Email: mangalsparsh97@gmail.com
