How long does the sale run?

Until the countdown at the top of this page ends, or until a design sells out. Many pieces are limited.

Will my order arrive before Diwali?

Order early so it reaches you before Dhanteras. Message us on WhatsApp with your pincode and we'll tell you the expected delivery date.

Is shipping free?

Shipping is free on orders of ₹999 and above, and ₹99 on orders below ₹999, anywhere in India. All orders are paid online by UPI, card or net banking. We don't offer cash on delivery.

What if my jewellery arrives damaged?

Record one clear, unedited video while opening the parcel and send it to us on WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery. If the claim is genuine, we'll exchange the piece. Without an unboxing video we can't offer an exchange.

Can I return or exchange?

We don't accept returns. Exchanges are only for pieces that arrive damaged, with an unboxing video. Message us on WhatsApp to see any piece live on a video call before you order.
